Marie Ling McDougal was born and raised in Mount Clemens and is the founder and chairperson of the Harrison Township Historical Commission. As a local history columnist, Ms. McDougal fell in love with the bath era and offers this tribute in hopes that readers will discover the beauty of an area once called Bath City, U.S.A.
