The pandemic didn't start with Samantha, but reluctantly she was the first to go public. World-wide, the people were starving and suffering tremendous pain whenever they ate, but little was being done by the professionals. Misdiagnoses were running rampant and eventually, everyone was forced to suffer in silence, or undergo the unwanted consequences. Grudgingly, Samantha spoke to individuals who also needed help and this started her personal domino effect, which led to a friend having meetings; an eavesdropping customer reaching out to insane asylums and prisons; and eventually, an extremely embarrassing situation that lead to a radio station host, willing to listen. Samantha was very alone with the plague. She stumbles on another person that is secretly in pain and begins to compare notes. Then when she gets a job in a bakery she finds the owner is also silently suffering. She informs the bakery owner that there are others like her. When the owner starts having meetings at her house regarding her illness, the cat is out of the bag, so to speak. At this point, Samantha has an idea of how to help everyone. A fiction BY: PAM BONDY.
Autorenporträt
Pam Bondy was born the fifth of seven children in LaSalle, Ontario in the mid-1950s to a farmer/mechanic and his wife. Pam had a simple uncomplicated life and spent most of her growing years in Windsor Ontario. She knew the moment she met Jim, at the age of eighteen, that he was the love of her life. They married in November of 1974 and have a delightful daughter and son to brag about. She has the added pleasure of four terrific grandsons that tug at her heart. Pam's enjoyable down-to-earth life has followed her for many years. Storytelling has always been pleasurable and her life became complete when she discovered, (in her mid 50s) that she had writing talent. In the middle of her first book, (still in the process of being written) the idea for this book wouldn't allow itself to be pushed aside, it just had to come out. Placing her first book aside, Pam worked on this book, (Mother Knows) until she was satisfied with the results.
