After replacement of cement we may be optimize percentage of flyash for effective use. the bottom ash and fly ash practically may used to minimize cracks in concrete and a second alternative to natural sand upto a certain replacement level. Here is small attempt to recall use of TPS (thermal power plant) bottom ash and fly ash at minor level.
