Included in these pages are images from the author's collection as well as from the Monterey Public Library and Carmel's Harrison Memorial Library. Many of these have never been published.

Author Kim Coventry was raised in Carmel Valley and holds an MA in art history/museum studies from the University of Southern California. She is the founder of The Coventry Group, a publishing and curatorial consulting firm based in Chicago.
