We used the peripheral blood lymphocytes as the best assay for the determination of cytogenetic effects biomarkers(CA,MI,MN and RI) parameters. This research comprises three sets of experimental. Investigation the cytogenetic effect of benzoic acid;investigation the cytogenetic effect of pomegranate molasses;the protective role of pomegranate molasses against genotoxicity induced by benzoic acid.This book,reveals promising avenues in order to refine understanding of the links between food and cancer,highlight the way toward the investigating of food additives safety and protect consumers worldwide
