Autorenporträt
Dr. Simon Peter Victor Otieno is a performance practitioner who has engaged the youth for more than fifteen years. He has produced plays, films and video-dramas with youth geared at positive behavioural change. He runs a youth media club in Kayole estate in Nairobi where he engages the youth in producing educational video-dramas for television.
