Autorenporträt
Dhirendra K. Vajpeyi is Professor and Head of the Department of Political Sciene at the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls, USA. He has authored, co-authored and edited eight books, including Technology and Development, Local Government and Politics in the Third World, and Environmental Policy Making in the Third World: A Comparative Analysis (fortcoming). He has contributed numerous articles in professional journals and was twice visiting professor at the Shaanxi Teacher's University, PRC (1989, 1991).
