Indeed, this sector is quite attractive given the multitude of operators who are in fierce competition with each other, namely ORANGE CI, MTN CI and MOOV CI, and consumers have become multi-subscribers following the various offers from these operators. In order to understand such a situation, it is important that we go to the sources and therefore it would be reasonable to conduct a study, which leads us to focus on this thorny issue: "how to increase the market share inan environment where customers are multi-subscribers?
