After 25 years as a teacher and literacy coach in Southern California, Carolyn Femrite enjoys writing books for children. With a Master's Degree in Multicultural Education, she understands the importance of building a feeling of confidence and self-worth in all children. She is currently retired and resides with her husband in Southern California. After raising two daughters, she now spends her time writing, traveling, gardening, and golfing.
