Dilip Kumar Shaw ist derzeit außerordentlicher Professor der Abteilung für Computeranwendungen, NIT, Jamshedpur. Er erhielt seinen MCA und Ph.D. in Computeranwendungen vom NIT, Jamshedpur. Er verfügt über mehr als zwanzig Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der Lehre und der Industrie. Er hat mehr als fünfzehn Forschungsarbeiten in internationalen Fachzeitschriften veröffentlicht.
