Dr. Stephen Cox is a former federal law enforcement officer with the United States Coast Guard, and an ordained minister. He has served in the United States Navy and is a Vietnam veteran. He has had his own sightings and investigated many more experienced by others. He is also an investigator for Mutual UFO Network (MUFON).
