Autorenporträt
Patricia Mallia, BA, LLD, BCL (Oxon), Ph.D. (IMLI) is lecturer and Head of the Department of International Law at the University of Malta. Her research interests focus on the analysis of contemporary maritime threats, primarily piracy and migrant smuggling.
