The main purpose of this book is to establish the impact of the microcredits granted by the Corporation "In the Footsteps of Grameen Bank" on the socioeconomic level and quality of life of 326 small businesswomen and entrepreneurs in marginal urban areas of the city of Loja - Ecuador, 2013 - 2016. Based on the results, a proposal was established for the effectiveness of the microcredits, the proposal: Training Plan "Special Production and Marketing Workshop, 2017 -2021", which would improve the training, job opportunities, income and quality of life of the members.
