This work is part of the Integral Final Report for obtaining the degree of Bachelor of Science in Education at the National University of La Pampa (UNLPam). The research was framed in two grants for Scientific Vocations of the National Interuniversity Council, duly approved, Call 2011-2012 and Call 2012-2013. It was framed within the research project "Políticas institucionales de ingreso y permanencia para los estudiantes de la UNLPam (2005-2010) directed by the specialist Verónica Moreno and accredited by Resolution of the Consejo Directivo de la Facultad de Ciencias Humanas de la UNLPam n° 019/10. Specifically, this paper analyzed and interpreted from a micro-political perspective the relationships between the context of production and practice of a specific university policy called "Programa Acompañante Alumno" of the UNLPam aimed at the admission and permanence of its students. It was taken as a spatial-temporal cut-off from its origin, year 2005, until 2010.
