Dr. Hoshiyar Singh hat seinen Master- und Doktortitel an der Universität von Rajasthan, Jaipur, Indien, erworben. Er verfügt über umfangreiche Forschungserfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Wärme- und Massenübertragung von Flüssigkeiten. Er ist Professor für Mathematik an der Jaipur National University Jaipur, Indien. Mehr als 35 Forschungspublikationen und ein Buch wurden in seinem Lebenslauf veröffentlicht.
