Igbolov Saidmuhammad Ibragimovich nasceu em 1984. Em 2015, defendeu a sua tese de doutoramento. Trabalha na Universidade Técnica do Tajiquistão com o nome de M.Osimi. M.Osimi. Atualmente, é um dos principais especialistas no domínio da física matemática. É casado e tem 3 filhos.
