Known for his masterful storytelling and innovative leadership style, Carson equips audiences with many remarkable and fascinating untold stories behind what it takes to be a leader. As a father, a businessman, a pastor, executive director of Charles Swindoll's radio ministry, Insight For Living (Canada) and now CEO of Arrow Leadership - Carson knows what it means to lead. He holds degrees from University of Calgary and Trinity Western University. He and Brenda live in Vancouver, BC near their three sons, two daughters by marriage and beloved grandsons.
