Mary Nolan, Ed.D has her Educational Degree in Organizational Behavior is a consultant and trainer for the Mentor Group. She completed her Dissertation in Mentoring and it's effects in the Life and Career Paths of California Communty College Administrators. Ms. Nolan is also an active member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), ASTD, and the National Head Start Association.
