I have only been an author for 2 years now but I plan to write for many years to come. The subject I'm always drawn to is the Art of Meditation. I never took any interest in this until I had a first-hand experience with addiction in my previous years. I battled with addiction for some time without any positive outcome. I was then advised by a friend to try practicing basic meditation techniques, which then gave me the mental strength to quit my bad habits over time. This did not happen overnight but I can honestly say that without discovering how powerful meditation can be I don't know where I would be today. Addiction can affect a person's life in such a negative way and I would like to know that someone could find the information inside my new book very beneficial.
