Rezensionen
"The textbook reviews medical and mental illnesses in children ... . the author did cite current articles, and many of the intervention sections provided research evidence for specific interventions ... . this book may be useful to those with limited or no understanding of childhood physical and mental health impairments." (Linda C. Caterino, PsycCRITIQUES, Vol. 62 (7), February, 2017)

"Nabors has created a compendium of materials that can be used as either a classroom textbook or resource for practitioners, parents, school staff, or medical providers. Both undergraduate and graduate courses focusing on pediatric psychology and child/adolescent services would find this book easy to adapt. ... This book is a great start and contributes important and meaningful information, easily read and understood, for health educators from varied specialties. The benefits could be life saving!" (Sharon Berry, Journal of Child and Family Studies, Vol. 26, 2017)
