Yakov Isidorovitch Perelman (1882 - 1942) est un professeur de mathématiques et de physique russe et soviétique. Il a écrit plus de 500 livres et brochures, dont 47 ouvrages de vulgarisation scientifique et 18 manuels scolaires, et des milliers d'articles de presse.
