It occurred to my mind in this universal back-ground that the book "Meanings of the difficult words of the Holy Qur`an" written by Maulana Bashir Ahmad Qamar, a scholar of Ahmadiyya community should be translated into English, along with its Urdu version, so that it may become intelligible and useful for the people who are associated with English & Urdu languages. Subsequently, I translated the first para of the Holy Quran into English and sent the same to Hazoor-a-Anwar for receiving the blessings. Hazoor-a-Anwar very kindly and graciously expressed his views in the following auspicious words.
