Dr. Song Xu was born in Zhenjiang, China in 1991. He received his B.S.and M.S. degrees from Yangzhou University, Yangzhou, China, in 2014and 2017,respectively. In 2020, He received his Ph.D. degree fromGunma University, Gunma, Japan. He is now a lecturer in the School of Automation, Jiangsu University of Sci &Tech.
