Científico social y abogado. Tiene una maestría y un doctorado en Relaciones Internacionales por la PUC-SP, donde inició sus estudios de licenciatura. Profesor universitario en diversas instituciones de enseñanza, actualmente es abogado en la ciudad de São Paulo.
