Allen C. Rosales: Allen C. Rosales has been an early childhood educator for over twenty years. He has worked as a teacher, coach, director, and professional development project leader in birth through school-age programs. He has presented curriculum and instruction topics nationally at the national NAEYC, NABE, ASCD, and Head Start Association conferences. He is also an Early Childhood and Bilingual Education Instructor at Roosevelt University. His work with teachers and professional learning communities has won national and state recognitions, awards, and grants that have supported the field in implementing and sustaining quality early childhood practices.
