Arrey was born in Cameroon.He studied in The University of Yaoundé I & in Spain.He is currently researching under the auspices of the UNESCO Chair of Philosophy for Peace of the Universitat Jaume I,Spain, to provide understanding on the dynamics of pursuing peace processes in intractable conflict situations using multi-track diplomacy.
