Cynthia Marlowe is the author of the nationally acclaimed novel SOLD! as well as a genealogist who was widely recognized by the Sons of the American Revolution for her research that unraveled the complex and previously unsolved three-hundred-year-old Dove line, the subjects of SOLD! She lives in eastern North Carolina and is frequently called upon for research, public appearances, and life coaching. She is a veteran of the US Army and has a passionate love affair with the written word. She enjoys spending time with her family, carpentry, the beach, and traveling off the beaten path.
