Dr Brian 'Joe' Williams is a highly regarded and exceptionally credentialed writer, lawyer, historian and educator, who can count a Ph. D, LLB 1st Class Honours and Master's Degree among his six university qualifications. He was also awarded a Peter Fensham scholarship at Monash University.
