Tiziano Raffaelli is Full Professor of the History of Economic Thought at Pisa University. Tamotsu Nishizawa is Director and Professor at the Institute of Economic Research, Hitotsubashi University, Tokyo. Simon Cook is post doctoral fellow at the Cohn Institute for the History and Philosophy of Science, University of Tel Aviv.
