The second segment of the book analyses the economic system of B&H, legal and institutional elements of market competition legal protection mechanism, and the level of harmonisation with the market competition legal protection mechanism in the EU.

Dr. Kanita Imamovi izmi has obtained her PhD at the Sarajevo University Faculty of Law. The title of the doctoral dissertation was "The modalities of legal regulation of market competition and their use in the economy of B&H". She is an author of a number of scientific articles from the field of economic policy and competition law and policy.
