Autorenporträt
Dawn Brotherton is an award-winning author and featured speaker at writing and publishing seminars. She completed her first novel, The Obsession, in 2010. When she realized the difficulty attracting the attention of traditional publishing houses and how much money they received from her efforts, she decided to go it alone. As a colonel in the Air Force, Dawn was no stranger to hard work. She set up Blue Dragon Publishing, LLC and started slowly taking on other authors. She retired from the military in October 2016 and truly ramped up her business, publishing ten new books and taking six new authors under her wing within the first two years. Dawn's objective from the beginning has been to mentor people through the publishing process, helping them reach their goals. She has expanded her company to include the Author Academy, student outreach, and community service.
