Dr. Maher El-Hallaq has worked as Head of Civil Engineering Department at the Islamic University of Gaza since 2011. He is also a consultant of many local municipalities and private agencies in the Gaza Strip. His primary research and professional interests are in the areas of digital cartography,global positioning system and geomatics.
