Steven Paul Sluder was born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Raised in Tulsa, the oldest of three children. He was born again at the age of nine and received the call to ministry at the age of twelve. Steven is a 2001, second-generation Rhema Bible College graduate. He currently lives in Tyler, Texas and attends Victory City Church.
