A problem is: the future demand for acetone will decrease, while the demand of phenol will enormously increase. The experimental work deals with the CHP catalyzed cleavage reaction at different operating conditions and in the theoretical part, a rate based model is achieved to solve MESHR equations, taking into account the mass and heat transfer effects on material and energy balances.
