Autorenporträt
Simeon Lucas Mihinga was born in 1981 at Ruanda Village, Mbinga district, Ruvuma region-Tanzania. He is a holder of Masters of Education in Administration Planning and Policy Studies (MED-APPS)and is a Senior Tutor of the Tanzanian based, Teofilo Kisanji University teaching Education Management and Administration as well as Educational Research.
