With the intention of consolidating efforts towards the construction of a proposal for a sustainable future for countries such as Chile, Argentina, Ecuador and Venezuela, involving regional or territorial spaces as well as public and private organizations through the Strategic Prospective Analysis, which should be supported by theoretical and conceptual aspects associated with the application of methods in strategic foresight. The purpose is to integrate the different actors of the region with an impact on decision making.
