The study investigated the influence of management functions on delivery of public services in Borama Municipal Council. Public service delivery has been poor particularly in Africa. All over Africa, about 58% of all services provided between 2012 and 2014 were poor quality and 42% of these were public services. In Somaliland, about 83% of the service delivery is poor. The problem of the study was the low services delivery in Borama Municipal Council. In Borama Town, 79% of public services from local authority are poor. The study specially investigated influence of planning, organizing, directing and controlling on services delivery.The study found that planning F (1, 89) = 4.082, p = .046; directing, F (1, 89) = .025, p = .008; and controlling, F (1, 89) = 6.104, p = .015; were significant with service delivery. But organizing, F (1, 89) = .709, p = .402; was not significant with services delivery in Borama Municipal Council. The study concludes that management functions have a significant influence on the delivery of public services in Borama Municipal Council: three positives against one negative pushed the balance of probability towards the three significant effect.
