Lori Stahl is a passionate winemaking enthusiast based in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Lori has studied oenology and viticulture in both the United States and Spain. She has worked long harvest seasons in commercial wineries, and has personally created more than 200 batches of wine. Lori served as technical editor for Making Award Winning Wines (Fox Chapel Publishing, 2013). And yes, she HAS stomped grapes with her feet! When she's not dreaming up wine recipes and making wine, Lori can be found growing and questing for winemaking ingredients, making photographs, and tending to her bees.
