Gerda Roelvink is a lecturer in the School of Social Sciences and Psychology at the University of Western Sydney. Kevin St. Martin is associate professor of geography at Rutgers University.  J. K. Gibson-Graham is the pen name of Katherine Gibson and the late Julie Graham, feminist political economists and economic geographers based at the University of Western Sydney and the University of Massachusetts Amherst, respectively.
