DAVID MORGAN is cofounder and chief operating officer of STS International. Under his leadership, STS has achieved significant growth and provided technological advancements to support mission-critical military operations. Morgan also serves on the advisory boards for several companies and regularly speaks about entrepreneurship at the University of Maryland Smith School of Business and Georgetown University Law School. He also supports the community as a member of the Laurel Volunteer Rescue Squad and Prince George¿s County Fire Department.
