This process continues to this day and is among the priorities of the leading institutions of the Republic of Northern Macedonia.The summary you present is a modest attempt to analyze some legislative issues of the legislation in the Republic of Northern Macedonia and the challenges of facing them on the path to their systematization with European legislation. The legislation of the Republic of North Macedonia, especially the Law on Asylum and temporary protection is regulating all issues that outcome from the crisis. A right to an asylum is an international protection which the Republic of North Macedonia is offering to individuals with acknowledges immigrant status, i.e. individuals who have a justified fear for their own life and persecution from their home countries based on various factors.

Muhammed Izeti nació el 17.02.1996 en Tetovo, FYROM. Se graduó en Estudios Jurídicos en la Universidad del Sudeste de Europa (2017). Más tarde, obtuvo su Maestría en Derecho Civil de la misma universidad (2019). Comenzó sus estudios de doctorado en la Universidad Internacional de Novi Pazar y ahora está escribiendo su tesis.
