Barb Flett was born in Barrhead, a small town in Alberta, Canada. After graduating from high school, Barb had a shadow cast its darkness over her six times in two decades. She called her mental-health Demons TRICKSTERS which became a way for her to build coping mechanisms; she was able to shape wellness inside herself, and explore ways of being and remaining healthy. Today Barb has been living in wellness for sixteen years with two dogs, two cats, and her terrific husband.
