Rachel Landau



Writer and photographer Rachel Landau was born and raised in . During two years of military service, she acted as General Moshe Dayan's secretary and was company commander in a basic training camp for women. Rachel came to the in 1954 to study, graduating with honors in psychology from in She cherished raising three sons and a daughter, and now has five grandchildren.

Rachel studied yoga and the art of movement extensively for seven years, and taught yoga and movement awareness. Those activities led her to the study of metaphysics and spirituality, subjects that she continues to pursue. Rachel studied and practiced hypnosis and stress management.

Rachel is a volunteer at Hospice by the in , and is on the hospice speakers' bureau, speaking throughout on various topics, including living life to the fullest.
