Of course, it should not be denied that the development of the idea of social security has had more speed along with the industrialization of the European Communities; but if the contraposition of this proposition is concluded in such way that there has not been a solution to deal with the social risks in other legal systems, including Islamic legal system considered in the study, its authenticity should be in doubt. Hence, it was decided to do a research on the social security implications in the Shia religious jurisprudence resources. Moreover, we also reviewed the impact of these ideas in the existing rules and regulations for the application of research results to provide the possibility of resolving the difficulties in the social security systems.
