In author's opinion, Logistics as the enterprises management conception includes Supply Chain Management and Value Management. Author's definitions of concepts "Logistics" and "Supply Chain Management" are based on development of domestic variables of the organization and components of marketing "4 ". Also monography shows that Logistics Management includes Concentration, Distribution and Resources Movement. Also the purpose of this monography is the substantiation of use of zone of potential sale of products as tool of Logistics Management both for assessment of products sale prospects and for designing, creation and optimization of supply chains.
