Asaresult,therewere18talksattheworkshop,with 2 fourpapersappearingintheproceedingsofCL2000, and14abstractsinthe 3 LOPSTR2000pre-proceedings. Inthisvolumewehavepapersbasedontenof theabstracts. So,paradoxically,thisvolumeisslimmerthanpreviousLOPSTRproce- ings,whilstthisyear sProgramCommitteehavehadtodealwithmoresubm- sionsandmorecategoriesthanusual!Myheartfeltthanksgotoallthemembers oftheProgramCommitteefortheirhardandconscientiousworkinreviewing andselectingthe papersatvariousstages.
