Produktbeschreibung
This research is the result of a scientific investigation born out of the need to understand that "literacy" studies are found in all spaces and are multifaceted, dealing with the knowledge built up by beauty salon owners. In the methodology, we applied questionnaires, which were divided into three blocks: the history of the establishment; how the salon works and the profile of the owners, with an emphasis on their trajectory in the beauty salon territory. This research was carried out because we believe it is necessary to deepen the concept of literacy as multifaceted, present in different spheres of human activity, and because of the need to understand and identify in literacy studies the social practices of salon owners that are involved, in a way, in selling a service and obtaining financial results in return. This research is part of the project entitled "The construction of social technology with micro-entrepreneurs and the CETEP (CENTRE FOR TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL STUDIES)", in which beauty salons should be considered a learning space.
