Paul M. Valliant has been a professor of psychology for 43 years. During this period he has met many students enrolled in educational programs. Some students had clear insight regarding a direction to their future career, whereas others were uncertain. Many people had never received any vocational guidance. These students asked how they could find a career best suited to their capabilities. Dr. Valliant provided guidance so they could gain some personal insight.
