Allen (Ike) Fordyce was born in 1936 in Big Horn, Wyoming, and grew up on a ranch. His grandfather came to the Big Horn Valley in 1907, and there has been a Fordyce presence here ever since. Fordyce has been a rancher, rodeo roper, dude ranch operator (Tepee Lodge), and professional landscape photographer, to name only a few of his many experiences. He currently lives with his wife, Jane Fordyce, in Round Rock, Texa
