It is defined as a normative system harmonizing the legal profession through rules and concepts. From this definition, the profession draws the autonomy of matching these three inseparable elements. If we are to expect the bar, it is not enough to stop at its etymology, according to the Old French<< barre>> and Latin << barrellus>>, i.e., to end, certainly, with other definitions. It is an entity with legal personality, made up of all lawyers and trainees. The notion of a law firm is defined as a liberal enterprise under private law, formed by one or more lawyers who work closely together.
